4. AI PROCESSING PARTNERS

Fit Equation uses Anthropic PBC's Claude AI to power several features. When you use one of the following, the relevant photo, message, or profile information you submit is sent to Anthropic solely to generate your requested result:

• AI Coach chat — your messages
• Body Scan analysis — your progress photos
• Food Scanner — photos of food you submit
• Equipment Scanner — photos of equipment you submit
• Workout Generator and Diet Planner — relevant profile data, which may include self-reported medical conditions, injuries, or dietary restrictions

Anthropic processes this data solely to generate your requested result, under its own data protection commitments, and does not use it to train its models. You can review and accept this disclosure at any time from within the app.

5. DATA SHARING

We do NOT sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Anthropic PBC, to power AI features as described in Section 4 above
• Other service providers who help operate our app
• Analytics providers to improve our services
• Law enforcement when required by law

Your workout plans, body measurements, and progress photos are private by default and only shared if you choose to post them publicly.
